1、Take a piece of porcelain clay mixed with grog and sand and pat it hard. Pay more attention that there should be no air pockets in it while patting and kneading.

  2、Cut the piece of clay into a rough shape of a pot with tools;

  3、Refine the shape with a wooden stick.

   4、Hollow the inside of the pot with a long iron knife. Curve the knife to a certain degree according to the exterior shape of the pot while hollowing and special attention should be paid to the thickness between exterior and interior surfaces in order to prevent it from being holed.

   5、Treat the rim of the pot with a piece of wet cloth.

   6、Refine the exterior surfaces and details of the pot with tools.
