For me, ceramics has been joy, My major interest for my own work has been hand building. My specific forming method has been slicing the mass of clay and manipulating the sliced pieces with fishing ling or wire cutter.
    I have been using a wire cutter as a forming tool. In my hand, it has been a tool for the creation of expressive work. This has been important to me because I have been using my work as a means of artistic expression, which has ranged from abstract form to explicit interpretation of my beliefs.
    Cracks are a part of nature and life. For me, cracks are the important patterns, contributing textures and value to the beauty of the whole piece.
